Our Process
Celebrity strategy begins with WHY, HOW and WHEN, then WHO. We start by defining/prioritizing program objectives, understanding brand attributes and determining the tactics of the program. We then discuss celebrity value vs. budget while identifying an initial services list. We conduct research, competitive analysis and do our due diligence on services candidates to make sure we are using the best person for any given program. Once we have selected the ideal services for a program, we will negotiate on behalf of the brand in order to receive the best deal possible while including all necessary service items. Finally, we manage the program throughout its execution, and report key learnings and best practices back to the client.
